Tang Yuan

fetch grandma early in the morning to teach me how to make tang yuan, since today is the actual day. Used half a packet of the flour and thought it was enough. Everyone ate and we forgot that were suppose to leave some for ee ee. So this time round i did it all on my own. I think it was okay....

This will be so nice when i go over to the States and i can do it for myself and share the culture with my friends =)

Surprise birthday

Thank you for those who made it happen!!!! Its such a surprise to see Chyi Wei back and Li Sia walking around aimlessly to kill time so I don't go home!!! Haha...

 

19th birthday

Its been like 2 week plus or so...its a delayed post. Anyway celebrated my 19th birthday at Montes in Bangsar. Food is thumbs up...steak it awesome!!! =p Its somewhat considered my last celebration here with my family as if all things goes well i'll be flying off soon. Here are some pics:-

Gingerbread man

It was one of the very famours stories that i read or heard of when I was a little kid =p. Can't really remember the story but i know the last part is that the gingerbread man ran away. LOL.

Anyway woke up this morning and walking around the house aimlessly. Then a thought came as i look at the big box near the dining table. So i opened and went through a few recipes. Since i havent done recipes on gingerbread man i decided to give it a try.

It came out alright only...need to re-try - a little to sweet and hard (cause i forgot to add in baking soda). Mom came back at night and say there are more recipes. So i took the two recipes and i did it. One is still in the refrigarator and the other is in the tupperware. Am glad that the second one turn out better and taste much nicer compared to the first one. And it is supper easy to do!!! =)

Its over

Finals is finally over!!! Really want to thank God for the many great things He has done throught out my whole semester. Despite of having the worst sememster, He made me pull through. =)

Believing that He will also give me the best results!!!!

Its holiday for about 3 weeks plus and i'm going to make full use of it!!!

CHRISTMAS is coming...can't wait for it!!!
